Check-In – 02:00 PM - Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out – 12:00 PM - Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to availability.

All meals are fixed menu basis and served at the dining area. Food, Tea, Coffee available only at the dining area.

Consumption of alcohol in common areas is prohibited. We do not have a license to serve alcohol however you may bring your own alcohol and consume within your room. Consumption of alcohol in common areas/ public spaces is prohibited by law.

Smoking is not permitted inside the room. Smoking allowed in balcony and designated smoking areas only.

Only trained pets are allowed inside the rooms and extra charges are applicable for pet bed.

All reservations are subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to cancel or release non guaranteed reservations.

Reasonable behavior is expected at all times during your stay. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct is unsatisfactory.
Guests should inform at reception an hour before the check-out.

Food orders to be made atleast 2 hrs in advance and breakfast on the previous night.
The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions All adventure activities are at user’s risk and we will be providing necessary safety equipments.

All disputes, differences or questions arising out of this transaction shall be settled by arbitration as per provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and venue of such arbitration shall be at Thrissur only.

Notwithstanding anything stated above APKA ECOVILLAGE shall not incur any liability to the Guest if it is not in a position of fulfill its obligation by reason of any war, civil commotion, force majeure, act of God or any notification or order of any court of law or
government or the local body

EXTRA CHILD/PERSON POLICY;

Child below 6 years complimentary on sharing parent’s bed.

Child from 6 to 12 year and Extra Adults above 12 years will be charged as per plan

The resort has the right to offer an alternate/similar at par accommodation in an overbooking situation or on non-availability of rooms for different reasons whatsoever.

The client will be liable for any damage caused to hotel property or equipment by the client or the guests attending the events. Any loss and damage to the hotel will be charged to the client. Though the hotel team will guide to avoid such losses or damages.

Guest will be furnish a valid proof of identification at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals are requested to furnish their Passport & valid visa. Indian Nationals can present one of the following: Passport, Adhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID card.
